Turnaround Time
Please allow at least 2 weeks for standard custom orders when possible. Graduation season, large orders, and specialty items may require additional turnaround time.
Orders needed within 7 business days may be considered a rush order and are subject to additional fees.
Proofs & Revisions
Proofs are sent before production for approval. Please review all spelling, colors, photos, sizes, and details carefully before approving your order.
Two minor revisions are included. Major redesigns or concept changes may require an additional fee.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Due to the custom nature of all items, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
Char & Charm Kreations is Not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
Local pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.
